“Great cheap service. This cuts out the middle man (the Dr's office) and allows you to choose the necessary tests you need/ want. Even though you need a Dr's order, they allow virtual consultation with an actual Doctor so you can get the test(s) you need without paying an obscene amount or if you do not have insurance. You do not even have to be live during the consultation; a doctor will review your background and reasons to approve your selected tests. This is definitely a great option for people without insurance. I currently do not have insurance and I was able to perform 3 different panels (CMP, Lipid and thyroid panels) for 105$ (including the Dr's consultation which is 25$). I also saw bad reviews for the labs itself, but Laboratory Assist basically allows you to choose a lab partnering with them so you can get cheap lab work performed. The reviews for LaboratoryAssist should be for them and not the lab. They cannot control how the lab handles their operations. LabAssist is hassle free and affordable. They should be setting the standard for what healthcare should be like.”
